7. Allergies & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing:

- Skin sensitivities + conditions
- Medical conditions
- Medications
- Prior reactions to beauty products or adhesives
Patch testing may be recommended for certain services.
Vela Lash Bar is not responsible for undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
8. Aftercare Responsibility
Service longevity depends on proper aftercare.
Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by Vela Lash Bar.
Failure to follow aftercare recommendations may impact results and is not grounds for refunds.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care services:
All services rendered are final and non-refundable.
If concerns arise, clients should contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we may evaluate concerns and determine whether adjustments are appropriate.
