I am running late. What do I do?
You have a 10 minute grace period to arrive for your appointment with prior notification. Failure to communicate within 10 minutes will result in your appointment being marked as a no show, and you will be subject to a no show fee plus relevant charges.
I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You have up to 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment before your scheduled time. If you fail to do this and miss your appointment, there may be fees. Rescheduling incurs a fee, unless you are a member. Members may have different rules regarding rescheduling.
Can I bring my child(ren) to the appointment?
The answer is NO
