  • Yes, After the appointment has been serviced. But you must first pay with a card to confirm and hold your appointment.

    If you want to pay cash in total, please bring your cash payment 48 hours before said appointment

  • Depends. It usually takes up to 2 hours. However, it depends if there is previous extensions on all the way to seeing the lash condition. Just depends on what we are working with.

  • Only Service animals allowed. ESA animals are not permitted.

  • All appointments require a non refundable deposit to secure and hold. All deposits made are just for that appointment. Should you need to rebook or No show your appointment, a new deposit would need to be made.

  • In the event of appointment cancellation, the deposit is still set as non-refundable. If the appointment is canceled for a valid reason by Vela Lash Bar, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card. Failure to process the card may lead to legal action or collection.

    Vela Lash Bar does not provide refunds back to its original form. However, we do provide in-store credit with approval from admin if the credit is valid

  • Vela Supply Store operates on a distinct platform, separate from Vela Lash Bar. Specializing in esthetic professional and consumer products with a pending name, the logo is copyrighted. Customers can procure supplies and other items here, away from Vela Lash Bar's service platform
