Vela Lash Bar provides a variety of expertly curated training resources, including a comprehensive $1 Digital Lash Manual E-Book and immersive in-person eyelash training courses. These resources are designed to elevate the skills of aspiring lash artists.
What is your return policy for training resources?
We have a 14-day return policy for our training resources as an in-store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
How can I purchase the Digital Lash Manual E-Book?
The Digital Lash Manual E-Book can be purchased directly from our website. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a download link via email to access the manual immediately.
What shipping carriers do you use for orders?

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of approval, provided that payment has been cleared and confirmed. This processing time applies during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Are there any prerequisites for attending your eyelash training courses?
There are no specific prerequisites for attending our eyelash training courses. However, a passion for beauty and a desire to learn are essential for maximizing the benefits of the training. Some states do require for you to be a licensed professional. So we advise for you to check your local state requirements

WE hold valid licenses and insurance for both business and professional activities.
Booking Policy
To book with vela lash bar, a non-refundable booking fee is required for your service. Deposit ensures attendance, not for rescheduling.
NO-Show and Late cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. However, we do provide in-store gift cards on the amount used for cancellations for future use.
if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours from your appointment time, we do charge a late cancellation fee.
This can be avoided by rescheduling your appointment.
No-shows will not be tolerated and will incur no-show fee and the remaining balance of the service.
No show means, you don't contact us, nor communicate with us and just simply don't show up for your appointment.
Reschedule my appointment
All rescheduled appointments come with a reschedule fee. Deposits do not cover rescheduling. Members are allowed 1 free reschedule. Further reschedules result in fees or appointment cancellation.
Groupon
Groupon is only for NEW CLIENTS. And can only be used one time.
To use the voucher, you must book an appointment with us.
WALK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED
To assist with fraud and scammers, to use the groupon with Vela Lash Bar, the groupon must be in your name and used by you as the voucher holder.
If this was a gift, groupon does provide the voucher as a gift option with your name on the voucher.
I have a groupon, how can I use it?

I have an expired groupon, can I use it?
Unfortunately No. Please contact groupon for further refund assistance
Why is their a deposit for my groupon?
In response to numerous cancellations and fraudulent bookings for Groupon holders, we have introduced a $9 fee to secure and validate your appointment attendance. This includes a new client fee, as Groupon does not facilitate automatic deductions. This fee is a one-time charge that will not be repeated.
Can I bring my child(ren)?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate an extra guest as our facility is small and cozy
Can I bring my pet?
The response is negative, unless you possess a qualified and certified service animal. The service animal must demonstrate its abilities. Service animals typically refrain from vocalizing, biting, behaving erratically, or causing messes.
I'm running behind on my appointment, what can I do?
In the event of lateness for your appointment, text us at 321-754-8477 to confirm your presence. A 10-minute grace period is allotted for each appointment, with a $35 fee applicable beyond that timeframe.
